The Basics

I have always been a prolific writer and had a knack for connecting people with their desires, combine the two and you have a Professional Development Strategist, that is "I",Brittany Scott. I graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2015 with a Bachelors of Science in Sociology. I quickly scaled the corporate ladder and love my career in Clinical Research Operations. I perfected the art of finessing my professional strengths, within the right career field and increased my income over 50% landing myself 6-figures before 30 years old! However, my true passion has always been developing people so I also continued to tutor, enhance resumes/cover letters, create templates/contracts, etc for people until I finally decided it was time to go legit, thus, BehancedByScott Professional Development Services, LLC was birthed. #RTPFinesseQueen
